STILL WAITING

Well, we had hoped for a passport today. No luck. We are now hoping for Monday. We won't find out for sure until Monday. If it has been sent to Simferopol Jacob and I will travel to and from Simferopol Monday and still be able to come home Wednesday. If we do make it to Simferopol on Monday I will try to post a short note letting everyone know.
I have a couple of cute pictures of Jacob I thought I would post today. We have found that he loves Cocoa Puffs, at least Ukraine's version of them and can make a huge mess eating them.

I have felt the prayers. Please keep praying. There is still a lot to get thru before we get home. I just finished reading Sarah and Anthony's blog. Somehow, I had missed the post about the flight home. Now I'm a little concerned about our flight. I hope we don't that many problems leaving.

Jacob and I both miss home. He just doesn't realize it yet. I hope to go to the playground, park, or the fountains yesterday. Maybe I will get some more good pictures.

We love and miss you all.

HI Teresa and Jacob,
It looks like he enjoyed
his Cocoa Puffs, more than
mama enjoyed cleaning him
up probably. That smile
looks like he's saying"look
what I did." We're liking
seeing pics again. It's not
as easy to get pics now I
know. We've just about got
the swing set together(and
I helped) He's going to have
a ball on it.
We'll keep praying for a
passport Monday. You get
as much rest as you can
for the next 3 or 4 days
before flying for 15 to 17
hours.
HUGS and KISSES to you both
Mama I love you and miss you.

going to have a ball on it.

Teresa,
It was so good to see photos of Jacob. I have been at market and on the road and haven't been able to keep up with everything. You, James and Jacob are still in my thoughts and prayers. When you get home and the dust settles...I can't wait to meet your precious Jacob.

Hey Girl. Looks like you got your hands full. I bet he likes to feed himself and that makes an even bigger mess. But it is special because he's learning. He is so cute. He looks so happy compared to when you guys first arrived in the Ukraine. You can tell how much he loves you. God Bless and Hope for Monday!

It's about 4:30 am your time and you should be hearing something within the next few hours. I know this is a big day, so I hope you got some rest. The next few days will be a whirl wind and hopefully go by fast. I hope dinner went well with the Stout's; I know you had to enjoy some American company. I will add some coca puffs to my bag of goodies. Maybe between the cocca puffs and the bread, Jacob will put on some pounds. I would share a few with him if I could. See you two on Wed. night.
Love and kisses to you both
Melissa

Hello everyone, this is
Teresa's mother.She and
Jacob are in Simferepol
now to get his passport
Tuesday morning. Then she'll
fly back to Kiev on
Tuesday afternoon. They will
do the medical exam and
Embassy on Wed. They will
fly home on Thursday 9th.
All of this took place
very fast Monday 6th, so
she hasn't had a chance to
blog and maybe won't have
a chance for a couple of
days. That's why I'm doing
this comment in hopes that
you all will see it and
know whats going on with
her now.
Please keep praying for
them on the trip home.
She's not able to get a
flight out of Kiev to
the U.S. so she is having
to take a flight to Paris,
then to Cincinatti Ohio,
then
Huntsville. This will be
a little rougher on them,
but get them home earlier.
Thanks to you all. Susan
