HOPEFUL FOR A PASSPORT

We can not get a passport here in Simferopol for 10 days. After several phone calls back and forward between Andrew, Sasha, & Ben we are hopeful for a passport tomorrow or Friday in Kiev. Therefore, we are traveling back to Kiev tonight. Poor Jacob has had a bad day like the rest of us and now we have to put him thru a new experience, the plane ride. Please pray all goes well. Even with the hope of a passport tomorrow James and I have discussed this and agree it is time for him to go home. Dr. Pepper and Frank have been extremely wonderful in working with James and we can't express how truly thankful we are for this. With that said we still feel he needs to go back to work. We aren't afraid of me and Jacob being alone, but we are little concerned about the long plane ride home and going thru customs and not missing any flights. Melissa - We really appreciate the offer to come over and help, but we will be fine. Mama will be home to help with Jacob when we arrive exhausted. Please continue to pray for a speedy process and a smooth, uneventful flight home. As always, we love and miss you all.

God Bless,

JTJ

Hang in there Guys. I know you are all exhausted, disheartened, and upset about this, but keep remembering that precious little guy is all yours and all these set-backs you are struggling with right now will be well worth everything when you finally do get home! We are all praying for the three of you and the entire Ukraine adoption system. Much love to you 3!!

I HAD A FEELING YOU WERE POSTING DON'T KNOW WHY? PRAYING A PASSPORT IS AWAITING YOUR ARRIVAL IN KIEV AND THAT ALL WILL BE ABLE TO COME HOME TOGETHER.
ALSO THAT JACOB WILL LOVE THE PLANE RIDE AND THAT YOU ALL 3 HAVE A BETTER NITE AND DAY TOMORROW.
GOD'S WILL BE DONE.
LOVE & BLESSINGS

God Bless you all.... we will continue praying for the passport...and the plane ride..it will be worth it all...
You will have so much to tell Little Jacob about his adoption and he will learn how important he is, to come to such a loving family. Tell James we will pray for him too, we know this will be harder for him now, more than ever to have to leave the two most important people of his life, but to be strong...

Hang in there!! God is still in control. He has brought you this far and he is still there. Let him carry you thru this. So many people in Albertville are praying for you!!! Keep looking to God for answers. Remember this verse in Jeremiah 33:3 - Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and show thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not. This reminds me that God is ready to answer our prayers when we ask for his assistance. God Bless all of You!

MY HEART GOES OUT TO YOU 3. I HAD HOPED THAT YOU ALL COULD FLY BACK TOGETHER, BUT IT DOESN'T LOOK LIKE IT IS GOING TO WORK OUT THAT WAY. WE WILL PRAY THAT THE FLIGHT WILL BE UNEVENTFUL, STRESS FREE, AND THAT THERE WILL BE A GOOD SAMARITAN BESIDE YOU TO HELP YOU IF NEED BE...TRAVEL AS LIGHTLY AS YOU CAN, HOPEFULLY JAMES CAN TAKE THE MAJORITY OF THE LUGGAGE WITH HIM (AND WEIGHT), WE WERE ABLE TO GET SUITCASES WITHIN SUITCASES COMING HOME. THE OTHER COUPLE LEFT A GOOD DEAL OF THINGS BEHIND, SO THEY WOULDN'T HAVE TO BRING IT BACK HOME. GOD BLESS YOU!!! YOU'RE A LITTLE CLOSER TO COMING HOME.

At church tonight we had
alter prayer after revival
services.Everyone knows
about the other couples
needing passports also.
With so many people praying
for the Lords'help, I know
good things will happen.
When you told me Jacob did
great on the 2 hr flight to
Kiev, that was a prayer ans-
wered. The thing about him
not eating much, everybody
says he will eat when he
gets hungry. Crystal said
to tell you just to set a
bowl of cherrios,gold fish
or something down where he
was playing and let him go
to them.That might work.
I'll talk to you tomorrow,
I know it might be late, so
I won't worry. We love you
and will talk to you Thursday. Mama and Daddy
